Watch the DVD first and at least once a day for the seven days. This will give you a clear understanding of how your mind works and the significant difference that positive and negative thinking has on your life.

How often do I need to listen to the Mind Trainer CD?
Preferably you should listen to the Installation CD twice a day – first thing in the morning and then again in the evening before you retire. As a minimum you should listen to it in the morning before your day begins – pick a place where you can relax and not be disturbed.
