Alistair Horscroft has an honours degree in philosophy and qualifications in natural medicine and exercise physiology. He is also a master trainer of clinical hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming. He is an author, speaker, television presenter and product creator who originally shot into the public eye with his hit 15 episode Discovery Channel T.V series ‘The Life Guru’.

With over 20 years of training and practice he is considered a world leading authority on behaviour change as well as the practical applications of eastern and western philosophy and modern psychology for peace of mind and emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

Before coming to Australia Alistair was the UK’s original ‘big name’ in NLP and hypnosis and is internationally recognised through his T.V shows, media appearances and newspaper and magazine features. Through his long running hit Discovery Health Channel T.V. series ‘The Life Guru’ he established himself at the top of his field. His shows and training formats are still emulated the world over today. In London he was known as the ‘therapist’s therapist’, working as coach and mentor to celebrities, rock and pop stars, entrepreneurs and CEOs.

He also became the personal practitioner of choice for many of London’s top therapists, trainers and coaches. Over the last several years in Australia Alistair has developed the training company The Mind Institute certifying gifted people to become industry leading therapists and practitioners. He also formed The Phobia Institute, the first of its kind worldwide which offers real help for people suffering from phobia, panic and anxiety disorders.

Glen Campbell has a degree in commerce with majors in marketing and psychology. He also has a Diploma in Modern Wellness Psychology.

He is a recognised leader in the field of individual, business and market segment psychology and influence for over 20 years. For more than 15 years he has held senior management, Board Director and Chief Executive positions at Australia’s foremost strategic brand communications companies including Clemenger/BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Love Communications and IdeaWorks.

He has led teams in the strategic development, creation and execution of many of Australia’s most memorable brand communication campaigns including the Australian Financial Review, Bundaberg Rum, Inghams Chicken, Gatorade, Breville, The NSW Minerals Council, RSVP, Ego Pharmaceuticals, The Climate Institute, the Australian Rugby Union, Metway Bank, Toyota Motor Vehicles, Woolworths Supermarkets, XXXX Beer and Time Magazine amongst many others.

Glen was also Chief Executive (Australia) and Global Marketing Director of Healthe Inc, a global health and wellness company that included a diversified portfolio of 11 hospitals in Australia and a significant chain of retail businesses in China.

Glen is a Board Director of Ian Thorpe’s Fountain for Youth Charity who partner with Aboriginal Australians to empower children through literacy and health education programs.

He is currently writing his first book on how people can develop themselves as a powerful personal brand to transform their life in ways not thought imaginable.
